Note: Please read carefully. This applies to both United States and International orders. For International orders, please refer to Section VI for additional information of our return policy. 
I. Return Policy
We offer a full refund for the cost of most items (excluding shipping/handling) returned in new condition within 30 days of the shipment date. We cannot issue a refund for items returned more than 30 days of the shipment date. We will not cover any return shipping costs unless it's a result of our error. For international orders, please place your orders carefully and verify that everything in your order is correct. International shipping costs are expensive and we will not refund or cover any of this cost for returns beyond our control.
Please note that all returns to us must include either the original receipt or a Gift Receipt. Return merchandise must not been worn or washed. All returned items more than 30 days of the shipment date will not be refunded. However, we will be glad to exchange the item to a different item provided the returned item is new, with tags and unwashed.  
II. Exchange Policy
We can replace damaged or defective merchandise. We can also exchange one item with another item provided the new item cost the same as the original item ordered. If the new item costs more than the original item, we need to charge you for the difference plus all applicable shipping/handling charges. If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference less all applicable shipping/handling charges. When we receive your return, please indicate whether you want a refund or an exchange. If the item was sent to you as a gift, we'll replace the item. We're unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order. 
III. Requirement for All Returns
Please note that all returns must include either the original receipt or a Gift Receipt. If not available, we may be able to help you if you provide us with your order number. We strongly encourage that you print and save your receipt within 30 days. Unfortunately, we do not cover return shipping costs at this time unless the return is a result of our error. If you wish to return an item, you need to pay for the return shipping cost. You can return your item using any carrier of your choice or we can issue a prepaid UPS shipping label to you and the cost of this label ($7.50 flat rate fee) will be deducted from your refund.
Returning an item by mail:
For speedy processing of returns, please follow the following steps accordingly:
1. You email us at with your:
a.Full name and/or email address
b.Complete address
c.Item/style number
d.Order number
e.Description of what's wrong with the merchandise
2. If you want to use our prepaid UPS/Fedex shipping label, please let us know. We will email to you the label, and the cost of the label ($7.50 flat rate fee) will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer to send the package using your carrier of choice, please proceed to step 3.
3. You pack the items securely in a box. You can use the box where the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. Bring the package to your nearest post office or any carrier of your choice (Fedex, UPS or DHL) and make sure you prepay it. If you have our prepaid UPS shipping label, affix it to the outside of the box. Bring it to your nearest UPS service locations or you may schedule for pick-up.
4. For your convenience, a prepaid UPS shipping label will be provided (if you prefer) but the cost of return shipping ($7.50 flat rate fee) will be deducted from your refund amount. If the return is a result of our error, you won't be charged for return shipping.
IV. Important Information About Refunds
1. Pre-paid mailing labels will be provided or emailed to you or you may choose to use your own mailing label. Unless the return is a result of our error, the cost of the mailing label ($7.50 flat rate fee) will be deducted from your refund. If you do not use the pre-paid return label, you will not be deducted for the cost of the return label.
2. Shipping/handling and gift-wrap charges will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error.
3. The appropriate tax amount will be included with your refund. If a promotional code or discount was used to purchase the item, only the actual price paid will be refunded. 
4. Refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect value of free gift or discount.
5. All refunds for purchased items will be issued in the same form of payment originally used, including credit cards, GiftCards or e-GiftCards. Refunds by mail are issued within 7 to 14 days of receiving your returned item. We will notify you via e-mail as soon as your refund is processed.
6. Refunds by mail for gifts purchased on will be issued as e-GiftCards within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your returned item. Your e-GiftCard refund will be e-mailed to you. E-GiftCards are accepted exclusively at

VI. Additional Information for International Orders is now a partner of Bongo International and the following additional policies apply:
a. If you need to cancel your order after it has been delivered to Bongo Warehouse, you would be responsible for the return freight and/or restocking fee.
b. We are not responsible for the goods after you have received the Proof of Delivery from the Bongo Warehouse. Any international returns would need to be coordinated through Customer Service at Bongo International.
c. We can replace any damaged and/or defective goods and we will ship them to the Bongo Warehouse. Customers will be responsible for shipping the replacement goods through Bongo's service. is not responsible for the international transportation of your goods.
d. If you need to make a return or receive a replacement, please contact Bongo International directly. They will adjust your international paperwork to state that the item(s) are replacements. No additional duties/taxes should be applied by Customs in your country.
